For your consideration, a TAMA HP45TW DOUBLE BASS DRUM PEDAL, from the 1990s. This double pedal is in great used condition but could stand to be cleaned up a little. The driveshaft seems to be in great condition with very little play in the u-joints. The drive shaft is missing the rubber boots for dust control and the beaters are aftermarket.
This is a good way to start playing a double bass drum pedal with a minimal investment!
