For your consideration, a VINTAGE LUDWIG ATLAS HI HAT STAND, MODEL 1124, obviously no longer made.  This stand is in GOOD condition and this model is very hard to find!  The tubes are straight as evidenced by the fact that they slide freely.  The legs are straight and sit as they should.  There only two of the rubber feet still present but in very good condition.  The memory lock, if you can call it that, is still present as is all of the factory parts.  

The upper pull rod has been cut down and the factory clutch is still present but is missing a few parts.  This stand was obviously taken well care of and cherished as the great and valuable piece of gear this it is.  It stand sits straight and upright without wobble.   This stand can be used right out of the box and is perfect for that Ludwig restoration project.
