MAKE CERTAIN THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CYMBAL HAS CRACKS EMINATING FROM THE MOUNTING HOLE, KNOW AS EITHER SPIDERING OR SPIDER WEB FISSURES.
For your consideration, a 20″ ZILDJIAN A CUSTOM CRASH CYMBAL, in GOOD to FAIR USED CONDITION, with a serial number which begins with the letters “AB” indicating that this cymbal was part of Zildjian’s 2012 production run. It has signs of use and handling such as stick marks and fingerprints. The logos are thick and full, with the inventory sticker still being present on the underneath side of the bell and it’s doubtful that this cymbal has ever been cleaned.
This cymbal does have the cracks mentioned above.
And how about the sound? Well, this cymbal has that thin weight which allows it to be a beast of a crash cymbal but has enough weight to sustain intricate ride patterns. It is a very smooth player for riding with plenty of stick definition and the bell has great presence.
Zildjian describes this cymbal as “Bright, sweet-sounding crash that speaks very quickly. One of the most in-demand crash cymbal sounds for both studio and live settings.”

This cymbal weighs a thin yet healthy, powerful 1919 grams and has a nice, strong explosion of sound, quick decay and the bell has a nice “ping” sound! Pure joy is right here in this cymbal!
