This pair features a top hi hat with already forming patina with the bottom cymbal having less so. These cymbals weigh in at 992 grams (top) and 1375 grams (bottom) thus featuring the quintessential “New Beat” philosophy and sound; a medium weight top cymbal carefully matched to a heavy weight bottom cymbal for an intensified “chip” sound, extremely fast response, powerful projection and pinpoint definition. With a serial number beginning with the letters “AH”, these New Beats are part of the 2018 production run.
These hi hat cymbals have no cracks, chips or keyholing.
