For your consideration, a VINTAGE LUDWIG HERCULES BOOM CYMBAL STAND, MODEL 1411, obviously no longer made.  This stand is in GOOD to GREAT condition and this model is very hard to find!  The tubes are straight as evidenced by the fact that they slide freely.  The legs are straight and sit as they should.  The rubber feet are in very good condition.  This stand sports the memory lock collars.  

The black knobs all function as they should but the tilter angle adjustment knob is an aftermarket wing nut.  This stand was obviously taken well care of and cherished as the great and valuable piece of gear this it is.  It stand sits straight and upright without wobble.   This stand can be used right out of the box and is perfect for that Ludwig restoration project.
